I didn’t really count calories yesterday, but I ate about ten strawberries throghout the day plus a rice cake. I also played speedminton and rode my bike. Today I had more strawberries and my mother is making a spinach, shrimp, and rice dish which I love so I’m going to have that for dinner. I’m pretty bummed that white rice has so many calories though. I’ll only have half a cup. Some good news is that a cup of spinach is only 30 calories!!! And this dish really doesn’t add in any calories except for the shrimp (I only eat two) and some garlic and onions. It’s really good and low cal, you just have to watch the rice.
Restarting the abc diet today. I was visiting family for the past ten days and my grandmother and aunt pretty much made me eat every day. I miraculously did not gain any weight, mostly because for the ten days the meals consisted of rice and two or three of the following: lentils, a variety of beans, spinach, shrimp, fish and beef. But now that I’m home and I won’t have those choices, I’m actually very happy. For one, eating that much killed me, and I would have purged had the house not been so full that I would have undoubtedly been heard and two, because of that nothing in the house seems appetizing and my metabolism must be doing excellent from all of those meals. I’ll go back to what I was doing before the trip; the abc and running six times per week.
I decided to try the Ana Boot Camp diet. It’s not too much of a stretch from my normal diet, except when it dips under 250. But I’m on day 4 and I’m feeling okay, just a bit more tired than usual. My blood pressure was low though when I checked it today, so I guess that’s it. Plus I went running the past few days and I went at it pretty hard. Just a boring post here, ahahha.
